  • Wheels-Off Detailing;
  • Rock chip repair;
  • Surface protection for glass, plastics, wheels, and interior.

All services are provided based on availability and may require prior booking.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance;
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary;
  • Customers are responsible for arriving on time or notifying us in advance.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed;
  • We may accept different payment methods, including third-party providers;
  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and service complexity.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations should be made in advance;
  • Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable;
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once the service has been completed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You provide accurate information about your vehicle;
  • Your vehicle is available at the scheduled time;
  • You remove all personal belongings before service.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Service Limitations and Liability

  • While we take the highest level of care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or worn surfaces;
  • Some detailing processes may reveal previously hidden defects;
  • We are not liable for issues caused by manufacturer defects or previous repairs.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Results may vary depending on vehicle condition;
  • No service guarantees permanent results;
  • Protective coatings and films require proper maintenance.

8. SMS and Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communication from us, including:

  • Appointment confirmations;
  • Service updates.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.

9. Intellectual Property
